WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We know you wished for the perfect shoe and sometimes you have to adjust. TheresaXo offers a 30 day refund policy for shoes that have not been worn and unaltered. There are no refunds on sale items. Item's must be exchanged or returned within 30 day's of delivery. TheresaXo will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery. Please return items in condition received.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Paypal is also an accepted form of payment.
