Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself

I don't know if I ever told you my story, maybe we should discuss. As you know I started my business selling shoes to shoe lovers and shoe addicts or the people who just need shoes to put on their feet. What I haven't discussed is why. Why did I start a business that is seemingly overwhelming when I am over my head in student loan debt and can't really afford to purchase a huge surplus of product? It seems crazy right? There are many reasons why I took the bull by the horns.
Let's start here, I myself am a lover of shoes. I've never had a problem picking a nice pair of shoes. Matter of fact I believe one of my biggest problems would probably be not knowing how not to buy shoe's that's caught my eye. Some night's I'd sit up on my desktop and go through websites for hours just looking at shoes. Then some days when it's time for work I'd dread getting up to work for people when I don't receive the profit from the time and skill that I've put in. It all clicked one day. Why not be a purchaser for a company that sell shoes? Why would you work so hard for someone else? You can work hard for yourself and receive profit for your time and for your investment.
Of course I haven't risked it all for a dream but I've risked a lot. I'm starting small but I believe that because I've totally invested my heart and I'm allowing myself to be so vulnerable by not being afraid to step out on faith at the risk of being judged by others for my lack progress. Slow progress is good progress. Allowing myself to do something that I am passionate about can be a little discouraging and overwhelming when you don't have the backing that you would like. People expect you to have your things all the way together and perfect but realistically it won't happen the way you envision. One thing I've learned is to set high expectations without expiration. Give yourself time to reach your dreams. Nothing happens overnight and you may fall and get roughed up a little but as long as your vision is your passion you will enjoy every step.
